What are the consequences of Russian non compliance with treaties?

U.S. Says Russia Tested Cruise Missile, Violating Treaty


The United States has concluded that Russia violated a landmark arms control treaty by testing a prohibited ground-launched cruise missile, according to senior American officials.
It is not the only violation of arms treaties by the Russians, but to my knowledge nothing has been done about the earlier violations which only encourages Putin to ignore the commitments of his predecessors.  He certainly had no problem ignoring the commitments made on Ukraine  territorial integrity.  What we see is a testing of little bites that will eventually lead to bigger ones and may lead to a major war in Europe and possibly have world wide implications.  His cruise missiles may be a part of such a war.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014.
