Why are schools that ban prayer trying to indoctrinate kids about Islam?

The lawsuit also claims the students were forced to write out and profess the Shahada, which is the Islamic Creed. It states that “there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah.” For reference, the statement is what non-Muslims use to pledge allegiance to Islam when converting to the religion.

Still skeptical? Just wait. It gets worse.

According to the law center, the teacher actually taught the students that “the Islamic religion is a fact, while Christianity and Judaism are just beliefs.”

The school should lose this case.  If they are to push this indoctrination, they should also be telling students  what the New Testament says "Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves."  Those suffering under radical Islam right now are being thrown to the wolves.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014.
