Texas continues to save the country from Obama's executive orders

NY Times:

Overtime Rule Is but the Latest Obama Initiative to End in Texas Court

In the last two years, federal judges in Texas have chipped away at President Obama’s legacy by striking down or suspending no fewer than five regulations and executive orders.
Most of these actions by Obama reflect his attempt to impose liberalism through executive orders rather than compromising with Congress on his agenda.  His orders lacked the political support to make it through the legislative process.  Obama also lacked the political skills to work with Congress on these issues.

If a more conservative President were trying to do what Obama has done the Times would think the courts were saving the country from a despot.
