Apollo 13 showed how engineers and astronauts overcame obstacles

Washington Post:
‘Houston, we have a problem’: The history of the iconic Apollo 13 misquote

The famous phrase has a backstory so good that it, of course, also turns out to be not quite true.
Recently my wife began watching the story of Apollo 13 on a Netflix movie.  Normally she does not shy away from bad things happening in movies, but in this case, she stopped the movie and came to ask me whether the story had a happy ending.  I told her to watch the movie and she was not disappointed.  If you get a chance to see it, do so.

I am reminded of a question about what was the first word spoken on the moon.  It was "Houston."  It is something the city is still very proud of.
