Russia apparently has inadequate defenses against cyber attacks

NY Times:

Russia, a Victim of the Cyberattack, Voices Outrage

The country was hit the hardest in the first wave of a global hacking effort, with banks, cellphone operators and railroads fending off attacks.
The country that is allegedly behind may of the cyber attacks in the West is apparently vulnerable to similar attacks at home.  These attacks were probably more damaging than the alleged attacks against the DNC last year.
