Good paying job if you can find it?

Fuel Fix:
Texas Supreme Court examines $48,000 an hour legal fee in H.L. Hunt case
What I find more shocking than the fee is that the Hunt family would need to resort to a contingency fee contract with a lawyer.  The fee was actually for 50 percent of the matter in dispute if he could settle the case.  The attorney was able to do so in short order, thus the high "hourly fee."

Usually, you are more likely to see contingency fee contracts in personal injury cases where the plaintiff could not afford to pay an hourly fee.
