Media 'admits' it is Congress's role to authorize funding of subsidies for Obamacare

They seem reluctant to admit that the Democrats who wrote this horrible law screwed up, and Obama took unconstitutional action to try to fix the problem because he did not want to have to negotiate with Republicans who took over Congress when voters rejected the Democrat mess that is Obamacare.
