The House version of tax cuts is friendlier to small business?

NY Times:

Why a Firm Believer in Tax Cuts Could Derail the Senate Tax Cut Plan

Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, a small-business owner, says the measure would give an unfair advantage to larger corporations.
It is hard to imagine a more friendly version for small business than that passed by the House.  Johnson needs to vote for the Senate version and then push for the House plan in the conference committee.  Killing the Senate bill will only keep the status quo which is the worst of all possible worlds for business.  There are some good things in the Senate bill for small business such as eliminating the Obamacare mandate.  That could help those businesses expand without being trapped by having to expand healthcare coverage.
