Russia to withdraw troops from Syria

Vladimir Putin has ordered the withdrawal of Russian troops from Syria, Moscow's state news agencies are reporting.

The Russian leader made the announcement at the Hemeimeem air base in Syria's coastal province of Latakia, the heartland of Syrian President Bashar Assad's Alawite minority.

Accompanied by defence minister Sergey Shoygu, Mr Putin said Russian and Syrian armies had achieved their mission to destroy Isis - "one of the most capable groups of international terrorists" - in just over two years.

He said the two countries' forces would respond with power strikes if "terrorists raise their heads" in Syria.

The defeat os ISIS would never have happened in this time frame if Trump had not taken the shackles off the US military and that of US allies.  Taking the decision making out of the hands of Obama amateurs and putting it in the hands of military professionals led to the quick victory.

29 % of companies say they are unlikely to keep insurance after Obamacare

Conn Carroll: A new survey of 368 midsize to large companies found that 29% of them are considering terminating their active employee health care plans when Obamacare is full implemented in 2014. Only 71% of employers surveyed said they did not expect to drop their health coverage, while 20% said they did not know and 9% said they were planning to exit. The latest survey, conducted by Towers Watson, echoes an ealier survey by McKinsey & Co. finding that 30% of private-sector employers were planning to drop their employee health insurance coverage by 2014.
