Brits say Putin likely responsible for attempted murder of spy

NY Times:

‘Overwhelmingly Likely’ That Putin Ordered Poisoning

Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson of Britain made the remarks just hours before the police in London said they were treating the death of another Russian expatriate as a murder.
I get the impression that several people in Russia supported the hit on the former spy.  Putin is probably among them.  That he is destroying any chance of getting along with the West does not seem to bother him and others in the Kremlin.
