Russian nerve agent tests included methods used to attack former spy

Telegraph:
Russia hacked Yulia Skripal's emails for five years and tested Novichok on door handles, bombshell intelligence dossier reveals
Russia appears to have lost its inhibitions against using poison to attack even no longer active enemies.  It is little wonder that they see little wrong with what Assad is accused of in Syria.

  1. Russian intelligence services have been developing poisons for assassinations since they overthrew the Czar. In the 1970's we use to say "They give great heart attacks."

Nevertheless you are in a entirely news category, when you are using radioactive material, powdered Novichok (nerve gas). Putin was a Corneal in the Russian KGB. He grew up in the old Soviet System! He was probably being trained to commit kill by the time he was 16!
