The stealth missiles used in Attack on Syria WMD facilities

Daily Mail:

The new missile (pictured) is an extended range (ER) version of a Joint Air-To-Surface Munition (JASSM), and has been operational since 2014 but never before fired in combat. It was used for the first time during the airstrikes in Syria

The AGM-158B JASSM-ER missile was fired from a B-1B Lancer bomber over the Mediterranean at Damascus as a U.S.-led coalition targeted chemical weapons sites in Syria.
The missile can hit within 10 feet of its target after coving over 575 miles in the air.  Missiles were also fired from B-1s flying out of Qatar according to other reports.   Apparently, the Russian high tech defense system was not turned on for the attacks.  Earlier reports in the left-wing Guardian claiming several of the missiles were shot down apparently were Russian misinformation.
